Do you provide products and equipment?
Yes we do. We train our team to use our Jangro products to ensure safe and effective use. Our commercial cleans have products and equipment supplied and left on site (if safe to do so) along with the relevant paperwork. Our domestic cleaners have a ready filled kit with all they need to carry out there duties. They carry relevant safety folders with them to each clean
Have you got insurance?
Yes, here at Smart Choice Cleaning we have full public and employers liability insurance. This is to ensure you and your belongings are protected giving you peace of mind.
Is it ok if I have pets?
Absolutely! We love greeting your furry friends on our visits and will discuss during booking where their favourite bed is, or treats to be given.
If for any reason it isn't working we will discuss other options with you.
Please note we cannot clean inside fish tanks or animal excrement
Do I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Unless of staff absence you will have the same cleaner each time. For domestic clients we send pairs to each home so if one of your regular cleaners is absent you will still have one cleaner who is a face you know and who knows what they will be doing in your home to ensure consistency. If for some unexpected reason both of your usual cleaners are absent we will get in touch to discuss the best option.
