Here at Smart Choice Cleaning we like to keep things straight forward and to the point. Our pricing is no different. We have no hidden fees just straight forward hourly rates.

Our weekday rate is £25 per hour plus VAT

Our weekend rate is £27 per hour plus VAT

Bank holiday rate is £30 per hour plus VAT

Deep clean rate is £27 per hour plus VAT

On booking your clean we will make an agreement on time needed and tell you the costs and it is that simple, no other costs or charges will be applied.

Our rates guarantee a fair wage is given to our team including travel and fuel allowance.

​

We only use professional products which have the relevant safety data sheets and COSHH risk assessments.

 

We are fully insured and our team are DBS checked.

We can provide you with all relevant paperwork and references on request.

 

We regularly audit our cleans to ensure a high standard is always kept in all of our cleans. We are reliable and keep in touch with all our clients to provide a clean that is personal to them.
